Ceramic tint

Ceramic IR keeps up to 87% of the sun’s infrared heat out — the most of any Union film.

Heat and darkness are separate choices, so a light shade can still keep a lot of heat out.

There is no metal in the film, so your phone, GPS and key keep working as before.

The ceramic layer keeps the view sharp and the color stable for years.
How it works
Union Ceramic IR is a carbon film with a ceramic layer on top. That layer is made to stop infrared heat, the part of sunlight you feel on your skin, while letting you see out clearly.
It suits long commutes, black interiors, electric cars and anyone parked in the San Diego sun. You can pair it with any shade the law allows.
